If you do not have an Illinois Driver's License or State ID, you can print out the Voter Registration Application form and mail it or deliver it to the Chicago Board of Elections at 69 W Washington St. #600 Chicago, IL 60602

Early Voting technically begins September 27th, but the County Clerk's office has anticipated it beginning in early October. Early Voting will expand to 50 Ward specific locations on October 22nd. Early Voting ends November 5th.

Vote by Mail applications must be at the Chicago Board of Elections office by Nov. 1st at 5pm.
